- Manage patient records in patient records system, including verifying demographics, updating information, and creating concise task messages for care teams.
- Utilize all available communication tools to coordinate effectively with clinics.
- A positive, team-oriented individual with strong multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail in updating patient demographics and managing appointment logistics.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
