Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations in the Denver area. Visits last about 45 minutes, including medication/history review, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests ordered by the health plan.
You will use an iPad workflow; you are not required to prescribe or order labs, and may travel locally within licensed states. Candidates must hold active, unrestricted NP/PA licenses and board certification.
