What You'll Do:- Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
- Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed
- Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
- Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
- Support onboarding and mentor new team members
- Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
Lead Caregiver - Grow Your Career While Leading Compassionate Care Lead Caregiver | Assisted Living | Senior Care Leadership Pay Range: 18.20 - 22.85

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
