Location: The Westin Westminster, Westminster, CO Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Westin Westminster is seeking professional and service-oriented Banquet Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is essential to delivering exceptional experiences for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events hosted throughout the year.

With over 95,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space
, our banquet operation is fast-paced, high-volume, and focused on teamwork, consistency, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, and takes pride in providing outstanding hospitality.

• Set up banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations
• Serve food and beverages during plated meals, buffets, receptions, and coffee breaks
• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after functions
• Assist with clearing tables, resetting rooms, and breaking down events efficiently
• Communicate with Banquet Captains, Culinary, and Event Management to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
• Support other banquet duties as assigned to ensure successful event execution

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large events and high guest interaction.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Serv Safe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
