Hotel Front Desk, Seasonal / Summer, Guest Services, Customer Service Rep
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for welcoming guests, receiving, fulfilling and reporting guests’ requests, creating reservations, providing concierge services and recommendations, and checking guests in and out of the hotel with a level of service that meets or exceeds guest expectations. The GSR is also responsible for keeping the lobby area clean and welcoming. Primary looking for team members with Opera Cloud experience.

- At the Grand Lake Lodge, we offer housing and meals at a small cost(our employee dining room offers self-serve breakfast, hot lunch, and dinner).
- We also allow our team members to rent kayaks and paddleboards for their enjoyment, free of charge.
- Our property is open seasonally from May through early October.
