We are seeking an Oracle HCM Support Manager to lead the stabilization, optimization, and ongoing evolution of an Oracle Cloud HCM environment supporting a large, distributed, high-volume workforce
. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR operations, enterprise systems, and support delivery.

The Oracle Cloud HCM platform has expanded rapidly—from Core HR and Recruiting into Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence—creating the need for strong functional ownership, disciplined support operations, and continuous improvement. This role owns day‑to‑day performance while driving automation, self‑service adoption, and long‑term platform maturity.

• Serve as the functional and operational owner of Oracle Cloud HCM, including:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Time & Labor
• Absence Management
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HCM modules to support both hourly and salaried populations
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness

• Lead day‑to‑day HCM support operations, including ticket intake, prioritization, escalation, and resolution
• Troubleshoot complex functional and cross‑module issues, including integrations
• Identify manual or inefficient HR processes and design system‑based solutions to streamline and automate
• Expand employee and manager self‑service capabilities to reduce administrative burden
• Manage and mentor the HCM support team, setting clear expectations around responsiveness, quality, and accountability
• Train HR and support stakeholders on Oracle HCM functionality and best practices
• Act as the primary coordination point between HR, IT, payroll, and external partners

• Oversee integrations with downstream and third‑party systems (benefits providers, 401(k), time capture, internal databases)
• Partner with technical teams on Oracle Cloud architecture, data flows, and issue resolution
• Support reporting, analytics, and data extraction needs for HR, payroll, and leadership

• 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Cloud HCM experience
• Deep functional expertise across:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Time & Labor
• Absence Management
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, integrations, and reporting
• Experience leading or managing an HCM support team or function
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, operationally complex, and regulated environments

• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, logistics, or similarly regulated enterprise environments
• Prior partnership with Oracle implementation or advisory firms
• Strong process orientation with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational rigor

• High visibility and impact across HR, payroll, and operations
