Job Description:Our client is seeking a contract HR Generalist to support their Human Resources team during a busy period. This hybrid role will focus heavily on managing HR communications, ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries, and assisting with ongoing HR initiatives and special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys staying organized and responsive.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the shared HR inbox, ensuring all employee inquiries are addressed promptly
- Track and follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within HR email communications
- Provide administrative and project-based support to the HR team
- Assist with ad hoc HR initiatives and process improvements
- Partner closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high email volume
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Standard business hours - Hybrid schedule:
In-office Monday and Thursday; remote remaining days - Contract length: 3+ months
