We are looking for a Senior Global Compensation Systems & Process Analyst to lead the compensation module of our HR system (Success Factors) and oversee the annual compensation review process. The role will collaborate with the Total Rewards COE, HR Operations, HR reporting, IT, and other stakeholders.
Primary PurposeThe Senior Global Compensation Systems & Process Analyst will be the Reward Team’s system lead focusing on the compensation module of our HR system and compensation software tool for the annual compensation review process.
Essential Responsibilities- Success Factors (SF) Compensation Administrator & Facilitator
- Actively participates in annual compensation cycles, implementing design changes, testing configuration changes and system enhancements.
- Facilitates the working activity between COE, GBS and IT to ensure all business requirements are documented and transmitted.
- Coordinates the process to ensure requirements are managed through regular routines.
- Co‑ordinates escalations with all working parties.
- Explores options to present the “art of possible” with clear implications for the COE.
- Short Term Incentive (STI) Plan Administration
- Calculates STI annually or ad hoc via configuration in the compensation software tool.
- Ensures accurate data for STI accruals and calculations, importing earnings, exchange rates, performance factors, payroll dates, and other data as needed.
- Runs quarterly STI accrual process and provides reports to Accounting.
- Annual Compensation Review
- Works closely with the Reward COE to design worksheet templates and eligibility rules.
- Launches worksheets, manages system administration, and provides support throughout the process.
- Collaborates with the SF Reporting Team to create and run reports as needed.
- Job Classification Administration
- Global data owner for compensation‑related fields, maintaining strong data integrity.
- Identifies appropriate job codes, creates new ones when needed.
- Maintains compensation‑related SF data values/fields and coordinates updates with internal teams.
- Geozones, Compensation Frequency, Job Classification Catalog, Pay Components and Pay Component Groups, Pay Grades and Pay Ranges.
- Conducts job classification and other data audits as needed.
- Other responsibilities
- Supports payroll end‑of‑year activity and ensures the payroll team has necessary inputs for base pay and STI processes.
- Performs testing, identifies defects in Success Factors.
- Partners with the SF Reporting Team to ensure total rewards reports are accurate.
- Supports data integration set‑up and/or testing for Total Rewards vendors.
- Creates and maintains documentation for processes and training.
- Supports annual pay equity audits.
- Responds to inquiries via the Reward COE team email inbox.
- Participates in additional ad‑hoc compensation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field plus at least 5 years of HRIS experience, including compensation program administration. Preferred experience with SAP Success Factors.
- Demonstrated process execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer‑service skills.
- Able to ask questions, be curious and become a deep subject‑matter expert on the systems that support compensation processes.
- Critical eye for detail when handling large amounts of data.
- Ability to foster a teamwork environment.
- Handles sensitive, proprietary information confidentially.
- Knowledge or experience in SAP Success Factors and WTW Compensation Software is strongly preferred.
- Preferred location:
Westminster, CO campus, but remote candidates will be considered based on experience and willingness to travel to Colorado. - Hiring salary range: $85,900 – $119,890 (salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and internal equity).
