Geo Stabilization International (GSI) is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to own the new hire experience—from pre-boarding through the ramp-up period. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, payroll, IT, and other teams to ensure a smooth, compliant process and a positive first impression for every new hire.
This role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and comfort with HR systems such as Greenhouse, Hire Right, and LMS.
