** Essential Skills & Experience**
* ** Proven Success:
** 5+ years of progressive experience in customer success, account management, or client services with direct accountability for retention and growth.
* ** Strategic Communicator:
** Exceptional consultative and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with Executive and C-Level teams.
* ** Organizational Expert:
** Ability to manage competing priorities and document complex client strategies with high attention to detail.
* ** Tech Savvy:
** Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce to manage customer data and internal collaboration.

** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
