This role partners closely with the operations team to provide hands‑on Netskope expertise following a recent go‑live. The Netskope SME will act as a co‑pilot, supporting configuration, troubleshooting, platform health, and day‑to‑day knowledge transfer. The focus is on stabilizing, optimizing, and tuning the Netskope environment while advising on long‑term strategy and overall platform fit.

• Lead detailed design and implementation of Netskope across multiple sites
• Tune and optimize Netskope policies to balance security and performance
• Troubleshoot access and connectivity issues, including determining when traffic is being blocked by Netskope
• Create, modify, and adjust policies in real time to support changing business needs
• Provide strategic guidance on Netskope’s role in the organization’s long‑term security posture
• Collaborate with internal teams and other subject matter experts to ensure smooth integration and adoption

• Proven experience implementing and managing Netskope in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, including CASB and Secure Web Gateway functionality
• Hands‑on experience writing and modifying Netskope policies
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex environments
• Clear communicator with solid documentation skills
