* ** Lead the Design Journey:
** Own the full design lifecycle from deep-dive user research and persona creation to final implementation support.
* ** Architect User Workflows:
** Design and optimize sophisticated workflows that transform high-level requirements into engaging, high-fidelity prototypes.
* ** Champion the User:
** Act as the local UX advocate, collaborating with Product Managers and developers to ensure every solution is built with a "human-first" approach.
* ** Master the Design System:
** Utilize and evolve a global design system to ensure a unified, premium look and feel across all mobile and web software solutions.###
** Essential Skills & Experience**

* Proven Experience:

** 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a mid-level or higher role.
* ** Academic Foundation:
** Undergraduate degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
* ** Design Fluency:
** Expert-level mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to bring complex ideas to life.
* ** Agile Mindset:
** Comfortable navigating and executing UX research and design within an Agile development environment.###
