Lead the Future of Trimble's Warranty and Support Ecosystem!

Are you ready to redefine how a global technology leader supports its customers across the physical and digital worlds? As our next Enterprise Architect for the Global Service and Warranty Ecosystem, you will lead the discovery and design of scalable, cutting‑edge architectures that transform service journeys, optimize global supply chains, and ensure seamless, omnichannel support for millions of users worldwide.

• Spearhead the end-to-end discovery and design of future‑state service architectures, transforming complex warranty and repair processes into streamlined global capability models.
• Design and govern scalable ecosystems for customer support, field services, and reverse logistics, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, ERP, and FSM platforms.
• Drive innovation through the establishment of modern integration patterns, utilizing APIs and event‑driven architecture to support global scale and real‑time data flow.
• Act as a high‑impact consultant to senior leadership, influencing the strategic roadmap for service analytics, SLA reporting, and lifecycle cost visibility.
• Foster architectural excellence by defining reusable patterns and reference architectures that empower delivery teams to build sustainable, world‑class service solutions.

• You bring 10+ years of expertise in enterprise or solution architecture with a deep focus on post‑sales, service, or support domains.
• You have a proven track record of architecting complex, multi‑region ecosystems for warranty entitlement, claims, and global field operations.
• You possess expert‑level knowledge of integrating service functions with ERP and supply chain systems in large‑scale environments.
• You are a masterful communicator capable of translating complex technical visions into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.

• Advanced experience with AI‑driven customer support tools or automated self‑service digital platforms.
• Professional certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Prior experience navigating service architectures within the construction, geospatial, or transportation industries.

Westminster, CO (Onsite)

Travel Requirement: 10-15%
