** Responsibilities for the Technical Support Specialist include but are not limited to:*
* + Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment

+ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software downloads, installations, billing, account access, entitlement management, and system functionality

+ Manage approximately 25 email requests and 10 phone requests per day while meeting team SLAs and maintaining high-quality customer service

+ Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately within Salesforce and internal support systems

** Candidates for Technical Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + Minimum of 2 years of technical customer support experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat

+ Experience working in a SaaS support or technical customer service environment preferred

+ Knowledge of 3D modeling, 3D graphics processing a plus.

+ Background in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or User Experience a plus.

+ Strong troubleshooting, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency with computer systems, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Google Suite, and multiple operating systems including Windows, Android, and iOS

** Pay Details:**  $21.90 per hour
