Supervisor, Field Service Engineer

Job Purpose

The IT Field Service Engineering supervisor is one of the key management interfaces with the business in a specific region or country from a service management perspective. In this role, the incumbent will also provide regular reporting on service provision and improvement opportunities.

The IT Field Service Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading the FSE team on completing daily operations with EZVista tickets, user support, keeping storage room organized, keeping up to date documentations. The FSE supervisor will assist the IT management with projects and tasks handed down from above.

• Supervise FSE members, delegate tasks and responsibilities that is in line with IT management.
• Perform PC system imaging, Deployment, OS installation, and repair.
• Process Helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support.
• Troubleshot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devices.
• Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components.
• Imaging computers and IT setup.
• Printer setup and maintenance in office and warehouse.
• Keeping appropriate inventory is maintained to meet normal client demand.
• Incidents and other requests are resolved and fulfilled to a very high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Working with the Client Management Team, upgrades to hardware, operating systems and other core software components are kept up to date.
• Other office and warehouse equipment such as printers, pack stations and RDTs are similarly maintained in full working order and refreshed in the appropriate time frames to enable all offices and warehouses to function efficiently.
• Vendor management and project coordination.
• Conference rooms management and maintenance.
• Security servers/ IP Camera/ security network maintenance and documentation.

Salary: $71,600K- $100,100K DOE
