We are seeking a high‑performing Strategic Initiatives Manager to help drive the programs, processes, tools, and operating rhythms that support a fast‑moving, 400‑person organization. The role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on and can take an ambiguous business need, create structure, build the first draft, analyze the data, develop the rollout plan, and drive execution across teams.

This is not a traditional project‑management role; the leaver is expected to create momentum and deliver high‑quality work rather than simply tracking tasks.

• Drive strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and cross‑functional operational programs.
• Translate leadership priorities into clear plans, deliverables, and rollout strategies.
• Create executive‑ready presentations, documents, process maps, communications, and tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, insights, and recommended actions.
• Build processes, templates, dashboards, and operating mechanisms that help the organization scale.
• Partner with leaders and teams to improve alignment, adoption, and execution.
• Manage ambiguity and proactively move work forward with limited direction.
• Support leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and organizational communications.

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, transformation, consulting, program management, or related roles.
• Strong ability to create high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and executive communications.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional work and influence without authority.
• Experience building processes, tools, workflows, or operating rhythms.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Preferred:
  Data literacy and visualization skills such as SQL or PowerBI.
