Role Summary

This role will support their EdAssist department. Bright Horizons is an employee benefits services company where they partner with large companies regarding a variety of services. As part of their EdAssist department, you will be helping employees of larger companies regarding their tuition assistance benefits.

Responsibilities

+  Respond to employee calls about tuition assistance login issues, benefit eligibility, and documentation requirements.

+  Guide users through document audits and help resolve submission issues for tuition reimbursement.

+  Explain tuition policies clearly and support employees navigating the benefit process with accuracy and empathy.

+  Handle 30-40 calls/day regarding basic troubleshooting issues such as password resets, portal navigation, and application issues.

Requirements

+  High school diploma or equivalent

+  1+ year experience in customer service, help desk, or call center

+  Strong verbal and written communication skills

+  Organized, detail ‑ oriented, and team ‑ focused

+  Typing speed 35 WPM+ and solid data entry skills

+  Basic Microsoft Outlook and computer proficiency

+  Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
