Profitable new growth company is seeking a passionate technology leader to assist its next phase of growth. As a key member of the management team, you will drive all technology initiatives of the Company. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial minded technology expert someone looking to make a large impact on a small but growing company.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving the execution of technological initiatives, improving operations, managing strategic projects, and identifying new opportunities to apply technology to business functions or services. Travel:
Minimal, arising out of business necessity

Location:

Westminster, CO

• Develop a clear understanding of how technology can accelerate growth, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Own architectural decisions on enterprise technology, and manage daily functional performance
• Manage full cycle development process, from planning through release
• Roll up sleeves and be involved with hands-on coding as needed
• Manage technology related projects, systems implementations, and vendors Serve as technical lead on projects with customers, business partners, and outside vendors
• Collaborate with customers to architect new technology products
• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to executive team
• Solve problems and think strategically to develop creative technology solutions

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of total professional experience, including 2-4 years of developing software and/or BI dashboards
• Well versed in various coding languages, including SQL, Type Scrip/JavaScript, Node.js, Go, PHP, and React.js
• Comprehensive understanding of full stack development processes and procedures
• Solid understanding of business applications, enterprise systems (e.g., SQL database, intelligence dashboards, etc.), and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS) Experience constructing databases and developing API integrations with external systems
• Proven ability to maintain a flexible technology stack and to translate business needs to system configurations
• Demonstrated history of effectively managing multiple projects, deliverables and initiatives
• Desire to wear multiple hats and ability to scale up and down (i.e., get hands dirty coding meet with clients) depending on business needs
