Step into a high‑impact role as a project manager for the Office of Technology Innovation (OTI) at Trimble’s corporate headquarters. In this role you will support and coordinate a diverse portfolio of innovation programs, cross‑company initiatives, and OTI projects, spanning emerging technologies, data‑driven efforts, innovation events, and internal engagement. You will also support internal communications and knowledge sharing across the organization.

You will combine strong project management and organizational skills with an AI‑first mindset, actively using automation and modern tools to improve how work is planned, tracked, reported, and delivered, helping bring our most strategic innovation efforts to life more effectively and at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect Intelligent Workflows – Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to automate and streamline core OTI processes, transforming manual project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination into intelligent, scalable systems.
  • Coordinate Innovation Events – Act as the primary coordinator and point person for high‑profile global events.
  • Drive Data‑Backed Insights and Reporting – Use AI‑powered analytics to automate project tracking and generate predictive reports for OTI leadership and stakeholders.
  • Curate Digital Content – Own and maintain internal web pages using AI tools for content generation and automated summarization.
  • Coordinate Innovation Projects and Portfolio – Coordinate and monitor a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, data analytics initiatives, and emerging technology research. Use AI‑powered tools to track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and generate predictive insights for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Dynamic Project Coordination – Early experience in project management, operations, or coordination within a fast‑paced technology environment.

  • Familiarity with modern PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Notion) and an interest in their AI integrations.
  • Experience in internal communications or large‑scale event coordination.
