Seeking a Systems Support Specialist II!
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $32–$38/hr W2

Seeking a Systems Support Specialist II with 3–5 years of desktop support experience to provide hands-on technical support in a Microsoft environment. This role will support end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and image devices, manage user accounts, and assist with IT asset management.
Responsibilities- Provide Tier II desktop and technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Image, deploy, and configure laptops and desktops.
- Set up new users, devices, mobile phones, and tablets.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
- Manage support tickets and document resolutions.
- Assist with inventory and asset management.
- 3+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows environment.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and device deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.
Preferred: Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments and familiarity with Azure/Entra , Exchange, and endpoint management tools.
