In this role, you will collaborate closely with IT and business partners to execute purchase requisitions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with organizational budgets.
Your expertise will help us optimize procurement workflows, support project schedules, and implement strategic change management initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency.
- Proven experience in coordinating and executing IT transactional purchase requisitions.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Costpoint, OnBase, or IFS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable managing ambiguous situations and solving problems proactively.
Skills:
- Experience working with finance and supply chain teams on procurement planning.
- Knowledge of IT procurement processes, hardware and software renewal management, and contract tracking.
- Familiarity with change management strategies in a corporate environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively across competing demands.
Preferred
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent plus 6+ years of related experience. A bachelor’s degree, master’s, or higher in a related field can substitute for experience at a rate of two years per degree. Demonstrated experience in procurement systems and tools such as Coupa, Costpoint, OnBase, or IFS is advantageous. Previous experience in a technical or corporate procurement environment is preferred.

Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships. Self-starter attitude with initiative and enthusiasm. Relevant certifications related to procurement or IT are a plus.
