Senior Workday Analyst

Vantor is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own Talent Management and Learning functionality in a modern, data driven environment. You'll configure and optimize Workday modules, streamline talent, performance, and learning workflows, and build reports that guide decisions. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain integrations, and ensure data quality. You'll lead enhancements, testing, and releases, develop documentation and training, and mentor teammates while working in an agile, collaborative culture focused on practical outcomes.
