Vantor is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own Talent Management and Learning functionality in a modern, data driven environment. You'll configure and optimize Workday modules, streamline talent, performance, and learning workflows, and build reports that guide decisions. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain integrations, and ensure data quality. You'll lead enhancements, testing, and releases, develop documentation and training, and mentor teammates while working in an agile, collaborative culture focused on practical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday Talent Management and Learning modules to support HR and business strategies.
- Design, test, and deploy Workday enhancements, ensuring stable, scalable solutions and strong data integrity.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable talent, performance, and learning insights.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Workday and related systems, coordinating fixes and improvements.
- Lead system testing, UAT, and release management activities for Talent and Learning changes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and end user training materials.
- Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable process and system improvements.
- Support agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of HRIS and Workday practices.
