Datadog is seeking a Federal Support Engineer 3 to serve public sector customers in highly regulated environments. You will troubleshoot complex workloads across hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and become a subject matter expert in Datadog product areas.
You’ll engage with customers via tickets, live chat, calls, and screen sharing, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive product adoption. This role requires on-call weekend availability.
