Our Westminster office is a growing family law team designed for attorneys who want strong case ownership with flexibility built in. This hybrid role is ideal for litigators who value in-person collaboration when it matters, while still having the ability to work remotely part of the week.

You’ll step into a steady flow of family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, intake, and firm infrastructure—so your time stays focused on advocacy, strategy, and client results.###

What You’ll Do:

* Manage a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters)
* Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters
* Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution
* Build strong client relationships with full paralegal and intake support
* Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required)###

Well designed and flexible firm with fair and clearly defined compensation

A good firm to work for with a large variety of case types and a large number of seasoned attorneys to network and collaborate with. Compensation and bonus structure is clearly defined and more than fair.
