Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to delve deep into the legal industry, focusing on construction defect, premise liability, and liability claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice, managing case negotiations, and handling a variety of legal matters.

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex issues related to construction defect, premise liability, and liability claims.
• Manage and negotiate case settlements to achieve the most beneficial outcomes for our clients.
• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, ensuring they are accurate and legally sound.
• Use strong analytical skills to develop effective legal strategies and arguments.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct while delivering superior customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest legal trends and legislation related to our field of practice.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to exchange ideas and ensure best practices.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is mandatory.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, ideally in the areas of construction defect, premise liability, and liability claims.
• Proficiency in providing legal advice and managing case negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal jargon into understandable terms.
• Exceptional negotiation skills that balance assertiveness with diplomacy.
• Superior analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of ethical and professional standards within the legal industry.
