Job Description

Monday-Friday from 630am-3pm; no weekends

Manages inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking. Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves inventory issues and discrepancies. Ensures accurate and efficient inventory management processes. Performs audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control. Monitors financial variance related to inventory storeroom levels. Executes product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system. Maintains item attributes in the inventory management system. Supports distribution and daily supply operations to prevent disruptions in patient care.

Adheres to stock rotation guidelines and best practices to minimize stock expiration. Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory. Provides training and support to staff on inventory management procedures. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes. Other duties as assigned.
