IEM seeks a Demand Planner to develop and maintain product- and customer-level forecasts, ensuring accurate demand signals feed the S&OP process and enabling proactive supply planning across the organization.
You will collaborate with Sales to gather market insights, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, maintain clean ERP data, support NPI planning, and generate regular reports and KPI dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams.
