Regional Staffing Manager

We are hiring a Regional Staffing Manager to manage our growth in Tennessee or Alabama (This is a remote role).

We are seeking experienced recruiters who bring strong client relationships and a proven track record of building and expanding accounts. This role requires confidence operating across both business development and recruiting delivery.

This is a strategic growth position, not a traditional production seat. You will play a direct role in expanding Vector’s presence across key sectors including:

• Automotive
• Manufacturing
• Construction, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Energy

This role leads full‑desk recruiting efforts by developing new and existing client partnerships while delivering talent solutions nationwide, including direct hire, contract‑to‑hire, project‑based staffing, and payroll services. Your work will directly influence Vector’s revenue growth, market expansion, and national footprint.
