Position Summary :
Leads and instructs sanitation technicians so that the master sanitation schedule is completed for daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annually cleaning and sanitization . Responsible for adhering to Claremont Foods employee health and safety requirements and complying with Food and Drug Administration and Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level Two food safety regulations and rules .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all equipment is cleaned, sanitized and passes visual inspection (residue free) and pre-operational swabs.
- Completes supplies and chemical inventory for ordering purposes.
- Responsible for knowledge and adherence to Safe Quality Food safety Level 2 compliance standards; as trained upon annually.
- Informs Facility Maintenance personnel of any damage observed or potential upkeep issues to operational equipment promptly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsible for knowledge and adherence to Safe Quality Food (SQF) for Food Manufacturing standards, FDA compliance, FSMA compliance, GFCO certification, Organic certification, GMP Program, Allergen Program, and other food safety programs as trained upon initial hire and annually.
