Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

Clark Synthesis is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Production Associate to join our team and help build high-quality audio products used around the world. This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This is not an assembly‑line position. Tasks may change daily based on production needs, making this a dynamic, cross‑functional role for someone who enjoys variety, follows direction well, and is willing to jump in where needed. The work is active and may include standing for extended periods, bending, and occasionally handling items up to 50 lbs.

Your Work at Clark Synthesis

On an average day, you’ll follow established manufacturing procedures, use your hands and tools to complete detailed tasks, and fulfill production work orders accurately and efficiently.

• Pulling, cutting, and tinning wires
• Soldering wires and bonding components
• Kitting
• Product Testing
• Labeling and Packaging
• Maintaining an organized workspace
• Support the company by flexibly transitioning between diverse operational duties based on real‑time business and leadership needs.

We’re looking for someone reliable, teachable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to do quality work. Basic math skills and clear communication are important. Previous experience is a bonus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as valuable.
