- Provide specified technical training regularly for new hires and transfers
- Responsible for placement of the assembly team on the lines under the direction of the Supervisor
- Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or work‑cell process;
Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans - Enter complete and accurate work order information as required
- Inventory/replenish parts to assembly stations;
Use Kanban system to assure availability of parts - Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and maintain 5S
- Bring health and safety issues, unsafe acts and safety suggestions to management’s attention and educate others on proper procedures to ensure a safe environment;
Actively participate in accident, injury and illness prevention activities
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience; electronics or electrical assembly environment preferred
- 1+ year experience successfully leading a team of people
- Experienced with safety and quality awareness and are familiar with best practices;
Affinity for continuous improvement and other Lean skills - Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written SAP experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
- Hourly Rate - $29.50
