Nurse - Case Manager

San Marino Retirement Community, located in Westminster, Colorado is currently seeking a Licensed Nurse to join our team.

• Provides nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to residents and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
• Observes and reports residents' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Records in resident charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of residents
• Assists with department management

• Licensed Nurse 1 year (Preferred)

Salary $95,000 - $105,000 per year, negotiable based experience
