• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program
• Active Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years experience in a behavioral health setting (inpatient or outpatient)
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications and administration protocols
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards per the American Nurses Association

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor efficacy and side effects
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families using evidence‑based therapeutic communication techniques
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health and well‑being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care, including discharge planning and after‑care support

Salary: $62,030 to $101,547 per year.
