At Rebis, you are responsible for helping patients move from actual movement to healing.

Rebis is a multidisciplinary sleep wellness center dedicated to transforming sleep health and restoring overall wellness. Our multidisciplinary model integrates sleep medicine, airway dentistry, and functional medicine by implementing root cause diagnostics and treatment pathways into a unified healing experience.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Background or experience in functional medicine, integrative health, or root-cause care
• Experience with systems-based approaches to chronic conditions
