OverviewThe Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of the MosAIC Nursing team to include, day-to day staff management, patient care, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The Supervisor will work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.

- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC patients and Amerita patients if needed
- Provide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occur
- Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
- Complete documentation in Company EHR system
- Under the supervision of General Manager, may complete daily management responsibilities, such as:
- Time off requests and timecard approvals in the Time Keeping system
- Participate in the annual performance review process
- Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, required
- 5+ years’ nursing experience, preferred
- 3-5 years’ supervisory experience, preferred
- Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of employment, required
- Must utilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Work collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patients
- Work within a team and take direction
