Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Evenings, Home Care

Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-time Evening Shift) at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community.

• Provide Direct Nursing Care to Residents in Accordance with Care Plans and Physician Orders
• Monitor and Assess Resident Conditions and Report Changes to the RN or Physician
• Supervise and Support CNAs to Ensure Quality Care Delivery
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation of Care and Services Provided
• Respond to Resident Needs and Call Lights with Compassion and Urgency
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic Care

• Current LPN License in Good Standing
• Knowledge of Nursing Practices, Procedures, and Regulations
• Can-Do Attitude with a Commitment to Exceptional Resident Care
