Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
The Center at Northridge is recruiting for a Case Manager to assist with patient placement referrals, assessments, care plans, maintaining patient records, audits, and other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position eligible for medical, dental, vision and supplemental insurances, paid time off and 401(k) with match.
