Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Westminster,Colorado Position Type: Part-Time, Flexible Hours (Per Diem Options Available)

We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing senior home care agency. This role is responsible for conducting client assessments, overseeing caregiving staff, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who wants flexible, meaningful work while helping build a home care agency in Colorado.

• Part-time with flexible hours
• Per diem options available

• Perform client assessments at intake and on an ongoing, as‑needed basis
• Provide supervision and oversight of caregiving staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical and progress note documentation
• Monitor client care plans and update as clinical needs change
• Collaborate with administrative staff and caregiving team to ensure quality of care
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregiving staff questions and concerns

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Comfortable supervising and supporting non-clinical caregiving staff
• Background check required
