Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Artēgan Communities
Artēgan Communities is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to support resident health and well-being across our Retirement, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. You'll work closely with our Community RN to assess resident needs, manage care plans, and be a trusted clinical resource for our Resident Services team.
What you’ll doComplete resident assessments and health evaluations, develop and update individualized service plans, monitor residents' physical and mental well-being, respond to health concerns and emergencies, and serve as a clinical resource and trainer for care staff. Weekend and after-hours availability may be required.
What we’re looking for- Current, unencumbered LPN license in good standing
- At least 21 years of age; graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience with dementia and/or mental health care preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
- Able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening
* This position is part-time, primarily on Saturday each week.
* Wage negotiable based on proven experience.
