Document Quality Control

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Document Control professional to support industrial construction and fabrication projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing quality documentation, supporting compliance efforts, and working closely with construction, fabrication, and project teams.

• 3-5+ years of QA/QC and document control experience in industrial construction, fabrication, or similar environments.
• Experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of code compliance and document control processes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, procedures, and codes.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, AWS, AISC, API, ISO, NEC, and ACI.
• Experience managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and RCAs (Root Cause Analysis).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) experience or reporting knowledge.
• Industrial construction or fabrication project experience.
• Experience supporting inspections, pressure testing, turnover packages, and audit readiness.

• Maintain and control quality documentation and records.
• Review procedures for compliance with codes, drawings, and specifications.
• Track document revisions and ensure version control.
• Manage NCR/RCA processes through closure.
• Support inspections, pressure testing plans, and quality reporting.
• Coordinate with construction, fabrication, and project teams.
• Ensure all quality records are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
