• Oversee shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers to achieve Quality, Service, Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness, meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare shift.
• Achieve shift targets and help departments meet goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
