Job Responsibilities

OWN THE STORE. LEAD THE TEAM. DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL DUNKIN’ EXPERIENCES.As a General Manager at Dunkin’, you are the driving force behind the store’s success. You lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys fast, friendly service and high-quality products. You manage operations with an eye for detail and a passion for  this role, you will:

Oversee all store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong, motivated team Maintain high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

Analyze sales and labor reports to drive business growth

Create schedules and manage labor to meet budget targets

Resolve guest issues and ensure an excellent customer experience

Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management

Strong financial and business acumen

A typical weekly schedule includes:2 opening shifts Minimum of 2 in a month2 closing shifts Minimum of 2 in a month1 mid-day shift Majority of shifts will be mid shifts to ensure the GM is seeing and working with all shifts(If one opening or closing shift is not scheduled, two mid-day shifts may be expected.)GMs

are responsible for ensuring the store’s weekly team schedule is completed and submitted on time, in accordance with company standards and any applicable local labor laws.

GMs are also expected to work the five busiest days of the week, based on projected store traffic, projected sales, and operational needs. All scheduling will comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, including rest periods, predictive scheduling, and required days off where applicable.

Pay Range: $15.16 per hour - $19.16 per hour

Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
