Retail Sales Associate Part Time

Responsibilities

• Consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
• Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post‑sale contact.
• Assist with visual merchandising, set‑up, and other store-related projects, as well as conduct merchandise stock counts.
• Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale in the store.
• Voluntarily work between multiple store or site locations, and across multiple brands (if desired).

Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.25/hr pay is based on skills, background, and experience. Base pay is market location dependent and may be subject to prevailing wage laws.
