Retail Golf Club Tech

Responsibilities

• Performs golf club repairs, including re‑gripping, re‑shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Conducts club fitting and performance modifications using club fitting equipment.
• Provides product and service recommendations based on customers’ needs.
• Manages workflow for all customer services, establishing turnaround times to meet customer expectations.
• Promotes company programs such as Warranty Sales, Scorecard, and Private Label Credit Card.
• Manages golf service supply inventory by accurately tracking shop usage.
• Completes, organizes, and stores all customers’ work orders.
• Delivers a high level of customer service, consistently putting the customer at the center of everything.
• Maintains merchandise presentation standards, ensuring products are on the sales floor at proper inventory levels and up to daily standards.
• Maintains confidentiality of all company information.
• Controls shrink by complying with all loss‑prevention standards and programs.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Participates in all recovery and cleanliness standards.
• Creates an inclusive in‑store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Supports the team across the store with an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

• 1‑2 years of club fitting, loft/lie adjustment, and/or re‑gripping experience preferred.
• Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 – $22.00. The starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
