Job Summary

Store Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staffing, cost control, inventory, cash management, customer service, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store crew during shifts.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and paperwork.
  • Maintain cost controls, inventory, and cash control.
  • Ensure customer service standards and store cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Participate in marketing, profitability, and image initiatives.
  • Coordinate with franchise owner and open/closing procedures.
Qualifications
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, accurate monetary change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, keyboards, touch screens.
  • Ability to read and interpret maps for delivery.
  • Valid driver's license (delivery roles) and insured vehicle.
Experience and Skills
  • Experience in a fast‑food or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and handle food safely.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, climbing stairs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to multiple stores.

Physical Requirements
