Responsibilities- Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store.
- Manage sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
- Perform other in‑store management duties as required.
- At least two (2) years of previous retail management experience.
- Interested in roles such as shift manager, assistant manager, or store manager.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand, and walk for up to eight (8) hours during a shift.
