Become a part‑time HP PC Sales Representative! Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (Up to 14 hours per week).
As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest premium PCs. You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience.
By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.

- Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s).
- Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
- Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
- Report and provide competitive insights.

- Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
- Retail experience or customer service experience is a plus.
- Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
- One year job experience required.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or events environments.
- Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
- Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
- Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
- Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
