Role Responsibilities- Seasonal Specialty Sales:
Provide tailored suggestions, active selling, and visual merchandising presentations. - Seasonal Service & Engagement:
Welcome, thank, and exceed guest expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery. - Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales:
Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
- Experience with guest service fundamentals and a guest‑first culture.
- Knowledge of retail fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
- Ability to execute daily/weekly workload and deliver on sales goals.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Adaptation to current technology, working independently and with a team.
- Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and following multi‑step processes.
- Accurate handling of cash register operations.
- Capability to climb and descend ladders and move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and regular attendance.
