What You’ll Do:

• Build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions based on their needs.
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to support confident purchasing decisions.
• Maintain and grow your territory by developing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or territory management preferred.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently within a defined area.
• A people‑first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A team‑focused attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
